ABOUT US
What is GBA Ethos? The answer is incorporated within the psychology and
actions of our core principles: GRIND-BELIEVE-ACHIEVE

GRIND
Grind: What does it mean to grind at something?
It means you have a sacrificial attitude of putting in the effort when no one else is watching.
It means you have a resilient demand to be your own accountability partner.
It means a constant measurement of your activities and the goal’s required
accomplishments
a. How do you get that promotion at your job? You put in the extra hours, you stay late, you take that extra job. Not because you want to suck up, but because you want to become the best version of yourself
b. How do you get that starting spot in your sport?
You take criticism as fuel, you put in double the work at practice, you watch and rewatch video, you ask yourself “what are the things I need to do to make myself indispensable on this team?

BELIEVE
It means you have conviction in yourself.
Confidence in your abilities!
Are you able to believe in your own success???
a. You can’t succeed in life without confidence
b. Humility is important, yet be confident in your abilities
c. “I don’t dread any challenge that lies ahead, because I
remember all the victories behind”-Steven Furtnick
d. Play to your strengths, and let your weaknesses be fuel for
**CANI-Constant And Never-Ending Improvement**-Tony
Robbins
ACHIEVE
What are your goals?
Do you monitor them daily?
REPEAT!
Be Hungry!
Don't ever accept average, always want more
